Oh No..Not Again!
That is my current state of mind from last few days as I am going down the rabbit hole of what I am suffering with. I mean who in their right mind wants to spiral again?

This phrase takes me back to my school days instantly. Simple word but the action behind it requires so much strength — forgiveness is one of the hardest things I've had to do.

You only see what your eyes want to see
This is one of my favourite songs by Madonna — and I've quoted it so many times whenever I see people trying to re-confirm their prior beliefs. Turns out there's actually a term for it.
Which Archetype are you?
Oxford Dictionary defines archetype as a typical example of a certain person or thing. I came across this word in a coaching session and instantly fell down the rabbit hole of Jungian psychology.
Jimmy and the strawberries
A teacher asked Jimmy how many apples he'd have. His answer was four. She expected three. But Jimmy had a reason — and it changes everything about how we listen.
The
woman
behind the
musings
I am a simple introvert who finds joy in the little things — a well-brewed cup of chai, a dog-eared book, the sound of waves on a shore. I grew up on an island, moved around like a nomad, and somewhere along the way started putting words to the thoughts that kept me up at night.
These pieces are my way of making sense of the world — and of myself. I write about the things that don't quite have a category: the awkward, the honest, the “did anyone else feel this way too?” moments of everyday life.
I'm a work in progress. And I've made peace with that.

New musings, straight to you
No algorithms, no noise. Just a quiet email when something new is written — the kind you'll want to read with your morning chai.
